I have worked as an educator in numerous Illinois public school
systems for over 25 years; I am currently an administrator in the Illinois Higher Education system. Winona matriculated from Chicago State University, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education
and a Master of Science in Technology and Performance Management Studies.
